Riot Ink Press is an independent imprint founded in 2024. We live between Mumbai and Delhi, and we're the publishing arm of Star Hopper Studio, a trans-led creative studio that makes films and trouble.
We print zines, graphic novellas, experimental writing, and things that don't have a shelf category yet. A lot of what we publish started as abandoned drafts: poems scribbled on napkins, projects shelved for years, love letters that were never sent. We dig them out, staple them together, and put them in your hands. That's the whole model.
So far, everything on this shelf is ours. That's changing. Riot Ink Press is opening up to other trans and queer writers. If you've got a zine, a manuscript, or a weird little thing that doesn't fit anywhere else, we want to see it.
